Returns
Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Returns are only accepted in the event of damage or fault. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Beer:
Alcohol & age-restricted items i.e. beer, are not eligible for returns.
In the unlikely event that you encounter an issue with the quality of our beers or your delivery arrives damaged, please get in contact with us with a description of the problem. We will promptly investigate and potentially offer a refund or replacement if we deem it necessary.
In this process we may ask you to provide images of damage or post us a single can of beer deemed to have a “fault” (you will be responsible for shipping costs).
Merchandise:
To be eligible for a return, merchandise items must meet the following criteria:
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
It should be unworn or unused.
All tags must be intact.
The item must be in its original packaging.
For apparel items, we understand that ordering the wrong size can happen. If you need to exchange an apparel item for a different size, you'll need to return the original item you purchased. Once we receive it, we will promptly ship out the new size you require. Please note that you will be responsible for covering all associated shipping costs.
Gift Cards:
Gift cards are non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.
How to Initiate a Return:
To begin the return process, please contact us at 07 5545 2609 or email us at beer@boxerbrewing.com.au. If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Refunds can take 7-10 business days to process.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at beer@boxerbrewing.com.au..

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
